We pronounce Gyro kind of like "hero", but no matter how you say it,
it’s delicious...just like all the other festival food!
Opa! Your cheese is on fire!
And, that’s a GOOD thing. Saganaki, or flaming cheese, is breaded Sartori Fontina cheese; melted, flamed and served hot off the grill with pita bread and a lot of flash. Yell "Opa" when we add the fire. You might not want to share.
AbZORBA the fun!
And by that we mean DANCE! Watch the costumed dancers and clap and tap to that Mediterranean beat , move around in the aisles, accept an invitation to join in, and have some fun!
Honey DO List!
The art of soaking pastry in a sweet honey syrup is part of our Greek history. Nutty baklava, cookies, walnut cakes, and our tantalizing hot honey puffs all get a little splash of golden honey. But there are lots of handmade treats, and desserts, that will catch your eye. Including baklava topped ice cream
